This position will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds to ensure dependable and efficient operation of all facility systems and equipment. Some of the primary responsibilities include; HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, furniture removal/install and other general maintenance needs. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Two - three years related experience Travel: 25% Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday - Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary. Overtime may be required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES C onduct inspections, repairs and services for facility. Painting, cleaning, completing work orders. Ensure excellent customer service with follow up on requests. Grounds upkeep to include some shoveling and salting. Complete all tasks per safety policies. Courteous and professional attitude toward all managers, associates, vendors, guests.
