As the AI Transformation leader you will drive the vision, strategy, and change agenda for transformation initiatives that drive productivity, quality and speed to market. You will define initiatives that combine Generative AI and digital technologies with a change management program to drive broad adoption and thus transform how Broadridge optimizes its operations and serves clients.You will also target business functions include customer service, internal operations, client implementation, managed services for clients, and sales and marketing. Strategy and Vision Collaborate with senior management, functional leaders, and cross-functional teams to define the vision, goals, specific quantifiable OKRs, and roadmap for the companys AI driven internal transformation agenda Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify market trends, user needs, and opportunities for transformation along with the critical success factors that drive value capture in specific functions Define and communicate the product strategy, priorities, and key success metrics to internal teams and stakeholders Transformation Portfolio Manage a portfolio of potential transformation initiatives across the enterprise and drive the process to prioritize them for funding and execution Build plans with functional leaders for the change management program to capture full value from the funded transformation projects including key metrics, communications, adoption strategies, training, individual objectives and incentives Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams, ensuring alignment on project priorities, timelines, and deliverables Collaborate with the AI Platform team to translate any incremental GenAI capabilities into well documented backlog items Role Requirements 3-5 years of leadership experience in business transformations that improve productivity and speed to market by leveraging AI and digital technologies across hundreds of associates Excellent change management, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior functional executives A passion for learning and a base of familiarity with AI technologies and their applications across financial services with a focus in internal transformations Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize project and product decisions based on business value and customer impact Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
