If you are looking to make a real impact, to challenge the status quo, and develop and implement solutions with real results, then Wendel is the place for you We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator for our growing Human Resources team out of our Williamsville, NY headquarters. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with all HR team members on various tasks. This role is for someone with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and someone that is looking to grow in their Human Resources career. Responsibilities: Assist with new hire onboarding, including credential setup and background checks. Coordinate employee onboarding orientations and initial meetings. Manage employee anniversary and birthday recognition programs. Maintain personnel records and assist with turnover reports. Support year-round Intern Program and assist with Affirmative Action Plan data compilation. Aid in the termination process and assist with Open Enrollment annually. Update and track EPTO database and assist with company wellness initiatives. Ensure timely completion of Career Development Dialogue and oversee mandatory Sexual Harassment training. Manage Talent LMS and Sign-Up Genius training programs. Contribute to HR business plan development and participate in committees as needed. Assist with recruiting tasks and track recruiting metrics. Provide backup support for HR team. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree preferred or relevant HR experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strongly preferred: Experience with Payroll/HR systems and financial reporting. 2-4 years of HR experience ideal. Maintains high consistency and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Preference for Buffalo Bills fans, but not required. Apply Online:
