Busy dealership in Union looking for Experienced Motor Vehicle Clerk to join our team. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Package contract to overnight to financial institutions. Prepare title paperwork including processing all new and used vehicles registrations in and out Input inventory control information (vehicle weights) Heavy follow up with banks on payoff's to ensure we receive the correct paperwork Monthly reconciliation of the DMV fee schedule. File ST-3 forms Maintain a record of the motor vehicle for future MVC audit Wholesale deals Flipping titles Job Requirements Computer skills are necessary for automotive title administrators. A successful candidate will be highly organized with an eye for detail. Our ideal candidate will offer the following dd Must have previous automotive dealership experience in a title clerk or billing clerk role Provide additional support as needed Knowledge of CDK (ADP)/Reg USA/NJCAR/CVR required Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales agreements, tax and title documents, and procedure manuals.
