The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Position Responsibilities: Perform IT project management and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth communications and service delivery over full engineering lifecycle, between client and end users. Service as single point of IT program contact between internal technical teams and users. Provide weekly and monthly updates to higher management on progress of various technical projects. Provide input and coordinate creation of contracts between Commercial, Technical and PMO teams. Track rollout of IT products at different locations and billing based on completion of project milestones. Synchronize different tools used for defect and enhancement reporting. Identify and prioritize customer issues and coordinate with internal team in defect triage and PI planning. Work on contract with commercial team and initiation of project by creating project charter, Statements of Work, and related project documents. Conduct resource, stakeholder, and vendor management. Lead creation and management of change control procedure, product roadmap, risk register and build release procedure. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Class One Railroads & Network Operations; MS Project; ALM; JIRA; Rally; Confluence, and; Xwiki Tools. Alternatively, will accept Master's degree PLUS two (2) years of described experience. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. approximately 30% as required.
