[The Role at a Glance: [As a Compliance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to ethical practices and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring compliance programs, ensuring that all activities meet relevant legal and internal guidelines. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with various departments, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of compliance across the organization. [What You Will Do: ]{arial',sans-serif'='}]{arial',sans-serif'='}]{arial',sans-serif'='}]{arial',sans-serif'='}]{arial',sans-serif'='}]{arial',sans-serif'='}](Conduct assigned assessments of the plant Safety, Environmental, and Reliability Compliance Program in accordance with procedures and the approved assessment schedule Coordinate, conduct, and document employee safety and environmental training Coordinate, track, and complete required environmental tasks and activities and communicate status to applicable stakeholders Ensure compliance to FERC, NERC, and South Dakota compliance and regulatory standards Input and maintain data in MicroGADS and MicrogadsWIND Ensure day-to-day environmental compliance at the facilities by monitoring, record keeping, and reporting requirements; responsible for the Continuous Emissions Monitoring system (CEMS) operations, and data collection and reporting Inspect machinery, equipment and parts to ensure no environmental or safety hazards exist. Investigate safety and environmental incidents, including hazardous material spills, air permit violations, water releases, near-misses etc.; perform root cause analysis and develop and submit lessons learned as applicable Able to perform duties of Incident Commander (relocated) Maintain and update the plants Reliability Compliance program to meet company and regulatory procedures and directives []{style='f '}
