Job Description The Senior Coordinator of Sales Training will work with the sales training operations team. Team duties include planning and organization of all new hire courses (hotels, schedules, agendas, supplies, asset mgt., food, room set up, room reservation for training). Will work closely with Senior Managers of training to proactively have classes set up for success; submit and pay all invoices, work closely with department leadership to run the department finances and help the department manage its expenses; asset mgt. for Westborough and Center Valley Job Duties Plans and executes live class logistics with each respective Surgical business unit Sr. Training Manager, including but not limited to - training space and lodging coordination, class enrollment and invitation creation and distribution, equipment ordering and completion of required Asset Management functions within , food and beverage coordination, routinely meets with trainer to discuss logistics deadlines, provides on-site support of all live training classes, and records and submits training transcripts in a timely manner Manages long term assets that 'live' in the Westborough training rooms, as well as any additional equipment ordered in for training classes Keeps inventory of, and stocks, classroom training supplies - including disposable products needed for classes Supports trainer as righthand 'producer' for virtual classes and micro courses Is heavily involved in the logistics, production, and facilitation of virtual New Hire Orientation Willing and able to work periodic overtime, especially during live classes Works with trainer to understand desired classroom set-up, executes set-up prior to the start of class. Willing and able to individually accomplish set-up when necessary. Is present throughout live class in order to offer adequate assistance to the trainers, tears down set-up at conclusion of class, including returning equipment to storage spaces and/or the warehouse Involved in AMA logistics planning and execution Coordination of, and travel to, offsite training classes when needed Assists in the creation of Purchase Requisitions and submission of invoices Job Qualifications Required: Bachelors Degree or comparative work experience A minimum of 2 years of successful experience required in the space of event coordination Master-level command of Excel and PowerPoint Business writing skills. Able to write to both sales force and executive level Must be able to multi-task between competing priorities and manage several key projects to completion Project mgt. with key stakeholders Ability to work successfully with department members 20% plus, after pandemic Preferred: and Asset Management ordering experience a plus High-level organizational skills Strong communication skills-written, live and virtual Relationship builder Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders Possess strong business skills Why join Olympus?
