Find more information on eligibility and requirements at: Description and Responsibilities Adult Community Clinical Services is a Department of Mental Health funded service that is designed to deliver evidence-based interventions within a clinically focused model. Individuals served are diagnosed with mental illness or dual diagnosis and reside in their own homes, apartments, and in group living environments. Our services focus on helping people transition to a more independent environment while maximizing their natural supports by building skills and achieving personal goals. The teams are tight knit, supportive and multidisciplinary. Open Sky's talented clinicians, substance use counselors, nurses, peer staff, housing counselors, outreach counselors, and direct care staff provide quality, compassionate care to the individuals served. The Program Director provides clinical oversight to the integrated team and directly supervises ACCS Team Leaders and Group Living Environment (GLE) Program Coordinators. They ensure the timely and thorough Screening (Critical Needs Assessment) and Enrollment of individuals referred to ACCS, including facilitation of these processes in collaboration with Program Leadership. Other Key Responsibilities: Ensure the timely and thorough Screening and Enrollment of individuals referred to ACCS within prescribed timelines. Work collaboratively with all members of the Integrated Team to ensure efficient and effective Adult Community Clinical Services which maximize the success and satisfaction of individuals served. Conduct comprehensive assessments with persons served, ensure implementation of treatment plans and clinical interventions Oversee the facilitation of the Quality Improvement Process and the development and implementation of Business Plans in collaboration with the Integrated Teams. Develop and implement a strategic plan identifying specific evidence based practices/state of the art services and clinical goals and objectives for each division to enhance Adult Community Clinical Services. Qualifications Master's degree and licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADAC I), required. Two years of experience in human services management. Leadership skills, time-management, and effective verbal and written communication skills. Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record. Proficiency with Windows computer environments, including office software such as Word and Outlook.
