For more information, click here .Role reports to: Finance Manager US Self CareLocation: Skillman, NJ Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ , but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.Travel %: 5%Pay: $85-115KWhat you will doThe Senior Financial Analyst, Pain will provide financial leadership in helping to lead the business by evaluating sales and marketing investment opportunities for growth, collaborating cross-functionally to evaluate pipeline innovation opportunities, and proactively making recommendations to manage short and long-term financial commitments.Responsibilities:Key member of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for Pain squadAnalytical and strategic support for enterprise decision making in partnership with Local Marketing, Sales, Demand Planning, Project Management, and Global Marketing counterparts.Support of full marketing P&L management in collaboration with cross-functional partners, including ongoing assessments of risks vs. opportunities.Brand Marketing Expense management and investment optimization to support our forecast commitments.Direct partnership with category leads for sales forecasting and budgetingProviding timely and accurate cost and financial information related to forecasts, new products, and budgets.Ad hoc support for projects, presentations, and process improvement initiatives with both finance and cross-functional management.What we are looking forRequired QualificationsA minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting.A minimum of three (3) years of finance/accounting or related business experience is requiredIntermediate to Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) experience requiredStrong general business acumen and technical skills in forecasting, accounting, and investment analytics (i.e. NPV, etc..) are required.Strong ability to collaborate with business partners across organizational levels while balancing a complex portfolio of products in a cross-functional environment is required.Strong framing, communication, and influencing skills are required.This position is located in either Fort Washington, PA or Skillman, NJ (and ultimately Summit, NJ) and may require up to 5% domestic travelDesired QualificationsA MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certification(s) are preferredExperience with SAP and OneStream is preferred.Experience building and delivering PowerPoint presentations to various levels of the organization is preferred.What's in it for youCompetitive Total Rewards PackagePaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & MoreLearning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsNote: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
