Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025Travel %: 10%Pay: $113,000 to $195,500 USDWhat You Will DoThe Sr. Global Manager, Aveeno Face is responsible for leading the Aveeno Face Global strategy, equity development of 3-year innovation pipeline to deliver Aveeno Face's strategic plan and operating plan goals. This position will own and drive development of equity campaigns and new product concepts, claims.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the 3Y Growth Strategy & Growth RoadmapLead Aveeno Face Equity & Communication strategy & developmentEffectively lead cross-functional team to drive excellence in all aspects of product development from concept research to product design, packaging development and communication assets in order to accelerate Aveeno Face Care globally.Build and effectively influence business activities and projects, including gaining alignment from key partners and decision-makers to advance a prototypical & harmonized portfolio architecture, covering critical category entry points.What We Are Looking ForRequired QualificationsA Bachelor's degree is required.Prior innovation experience in Skincare / Beauty is required.A minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience is required.Proven brand building, critical thinking, and marketing thought leadership-ability to craft ideas & recommendations based on consumer insights.Proven cross-functional collaboration and leadership.Proven ability to understand a consumer target and position a brand, project, and innovationDemonstrated communication skills and ability to influence key partners and decision makers without authority.Proven analytic skills and financial acuity in making effective business decisions.Desired QualificationsAn MBA or equivalent degree is preferred.Prior Consumer Packaged Goods experience is preferred.Prior Global experience is preferredWhat's In It For YouAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $113,000 to $195,500.
