For more information, click here .Role reports to: Global Process Owner LeaderLocation: Skillman, NJ ( Kenvue's corporate headquarter is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025 .) o r Zug, Switzerland.Travel %: up to 10%Pay: In the US the position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850What You Will DoThe Qualty Investigation and CAPA Global Process Owner (GPO) is the key global contact for for the Investigation and CAPA process within Kenvue. This individual is responsible for the process simplification, standardization, and compliance as well as business results related to Investigation and CAPA:Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, deploy and maintain one Kenvue process that meets compliance requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, supports successful achievement of Kenvue OKRs, and is consistent in all manufacturing sites, marketing companies, distribution centers and other Kenvue facilities.Work with GPO Leader and process stakeholders to establish a set of KPIs that are relevant to the specific process (including both compliance and business enabling metrics) to continuously evaluate the health of the process.Identify gaps and deploy action plans to improve performance of the process, and work with cross-functional and regional/local partners to implement. This includes adaption of the process to emerging requirements or in response to audit observations, if necessary.Work with global Quality Systems teams to ensure successful execution of the process at each level of the organization.Collaborate with the relevant data and technology teams to difitize the necessary elements of the processWork with regional and cross-functional partners to drive change management activities related to the process, and foster change mindset to balance a rapid pace of implementing transformational change, with the requirements to ensure compliance across all countries where Kenvue operates.What We Are Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in chemistry, life sciences, engineering or related field.Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical, medical device, cosmetics or similarly regulated field is requiredFluency in EnglishStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with regional/local/cross-functional partnersCompliance mindset to ensure systems are correctly executed at KenvueDesired QualificationsProject Management skills to manage extensive plans and timelinesKnowledge of regulatory requirements for drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, and dietary supplementsExperience in Health Authority inspectionsRoot-Cause problem solving knowledge and/or certificationWhat's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $239,000 (for US).
