If our company culture seems like a great fit for you, then consider joining us as an Inventory Team Lead at our site in Locust Grove, Georgia Your Role You will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Reporting to the Inventory Manager, your typical schedule will be Monday - Thursday from 6:00 am - 4:30 pm at a weekly pay rate of $23.00 per hour. Your Responsibilities Perform all daily activities necessary to maintain inventory accurately Reconcile inventories and coordinate inventory procedures Work with management on implementing loss prevention programs and improving management of inventory Ensure all defective product is accounted for and handled properly Maintain accurate records to help facilitate shortage detection Motivate the team to help reach the daily goals Help to implement/update procedures with the new WMS (Warehouse Management System Your Skills and Experiences High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a warehousing environment, including at least 1 year of recent experience in a supervisory role 1+ years of experience in an inventory role including cycle counting 1+ years of Excel experience; can enter accurate data and maintain complex spreadsheets Forklift operating experience Can work overtime and additional days when necessary Good Reasons to Join There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
