Position Description The Legal Agreements Administrator is responsible for drafting, negotiating, and preparing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and other legal agreements for execution, from submission of the agreement request to the final, signature-ready draft. Must be highly detail-oriented, well organized, and a skilled multi-tasker that can work independently and at high volume. Strong customer service skills and communication as well as the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and senior management are important. Requirements Bachelor's degree required Juris Doctorate or paralegal certificate strongly preferred 3-years of experience drafting and negotiating NDAs or comparable agreements required; additional experience drafting, negotiating, and aiding in the execution of other types of legal agreements or contracts preferred High attention to detail in fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills required Demonstrated written and oral communication in a professional and customer-facing setting are required Ability to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance required; existing Government security clearance preferred #CJ At MIT Lincoln Laboratory, our exceptional career opportunities include many outstanding benefits to help you stay healthy, feel supported, and enjoy a fulfilling work-life balance.
