Provide support to Leads and Managers within GSCM, Globally.Essential Functions Create contracts, price lists, and other contract documents Maintain Electronic files for Contracts in ZOLL's Contract Lifecycle Management Software Maintain & coordinate GPO membership databases, contract reporting, and administrative fee payments Field calls from Field Sales and Customer Service regarding national accounts, contracts, and pricing issues and information Maintain and update customer pricing in Oracle system as required Respond to miscellaneous data/report requests Review terms and conditions for compliance with ZOLL's standard policies and legal requirements and elevate to appropriate levels for review Support Contracts Department, National Sales Accounts, and Senior Management as needed Complete other department projects as assigned by Contracts Manager Required/Preferred Education and Experience Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred 3 - 5 years contracts experience preferred and Contracts and National Accounts experiencerequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills Ability to interact with all levels within the organization Strong overall computer skills - high level of proficiency with Excel, Word, databases and the internet are essential Knowledge of reporting software (i.e., Crystal) is desirable Experience working with Oracle and other ERP systems a plus Ability to retain and recall previously introduced processes and procedures Ability to prioritize work Ability to work independently after training Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
