NEW $5,000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS Bridge View Nursing Home is immediately hiring an RN Unit Manager Excellent opportunity for a Charge Nurse looking to take next step in their nursing career Full-time; Day Shift; Monday - Friday Whitestone, Queens, NY Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year RN Unit Manager Duties Include: Handle all supervisory duties for the unit. Establish employee policies and procedures. Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice. Establish the standards of care for the unit. Review Resident records & quality of care. Monitor overall care & review individual Residents' cases. Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families. Ensure the department is well-stocked with medical supplies. Represent the unit's interests with the upper level management. RN Unit Manager Requirements Include : Minimum 2 years Long-Term Care Experience. Minimum 1-year Unit Manager experience.
