Title: Administrative Assistant IIJob Type:RegularCompany:Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer CenterDepartment: PathologyTime Type: Full timeWeekly Hours: 40FTE:1Shift: First Shift (United States of America)Summary: Functions as a para-professional, assigned to support the broader range of activities and responsibilities typically accorded to Chairs, Chiefs and/or Assistant Vice Presidents; performs duties in support of other professional staff related to the function of their assigned department or departments.Salary range for this position is $54,860 - $66,634 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.Qualifications:Required Education and Experience1. Associate's degree and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time secretarial or related experience; or2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time secretarial or related experience.NOTE:Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.Preferred Qualifications: The preferred candidate will have previous Pathology/Laboratory experience in a clinical or academic setting, experience with executive level administrative support, is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and has prior clinical or research experience.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementRoswell Park Cancer Institute Corporation (RPCIC) and Health Research Inc.
