Are you ready to be a changemaker? Wilson Language training is growing and is looking to hire a 2nd shift temporary Production Associate. This position is responsible for following work orders from their supervisor or team leader on a daily basis. He/she must be able to assemble multi-part sets and kits manually with a low incidence of error. He/she will observe safety and security procedures. He/she will uphold organizational values by treating people with respect. He/she will volunteer readily and will commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach departmental goals. Essential Job Functions: Attending to the details of daily work orders. Standing in place for long periods of time. Working on an assembly line. Performing repetitive tasks such as building boxes. Understand and display WLT-s values Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Skills: Following verbal instructions. Following written instructions. Loading and unloading materials and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds each.
