4p-12a ED, Sat-WedResponsibilitiesEvaluate radiologic images for quality and accuracyProvide patients with radiation protection equipment and ensure they comply with safety and hygiene standardsEnsure adequate supplies of testing equipmentPerform radiographic room disinfection and ensure general cleanliness of exam areasEnsure that imaging equipment is in optimum operating order and inform the appropriate person when it needs repairsLabel images in the radiology information system according to organizational SOPsSkills and qualificationsCertification as a radiologic technologist from an accredited institutionNational and local license to practice as a radiologic technologist within the country and locality of employmentIn-depth knowledge of radiology protocols and imaging equipmentAbility to work with the general public and provide a high standard of patient careFamiliarity with radiology softwareCPR certificationPreferred qualificationsAt least one year of clinical experience as a radiologic technologistBasic life support (BLS) certificationExperience working in a similar settingIV contrast injection certificationEquiliem Healthcare specializes in staffing clinical, non-clinical, and allied personnel.
