This could be a great role for you As a Project Analyst in the Global Strategic Delivery team you will lead and execute against strategic initiatives and projects across CIB Payments - Client Service. You will partner with global client facing service colleagues, the leadership team and key functional partners to achieve our goal of delivering high impact solutions that enable a simplified and differentiated client experience. You will operate with the mission of keeping the client at the core of what we do and ensure that service experience is a core differentiator and value proposition for the Payments business. You should be a committed, strategic individual who can help drive key change the bank deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic and client driven environment. Job responsibilities: Drive projects from start to completion and manage components such as goal setting, requirements gathering, task identification, stakeholder management, documentation and tracking, global coordination, quality control and risk management Advocate for employee and client success by identifying top business needs and working with a customer oriented and solutions oriented mindset Aggregate large data sets to enhance data visualization capabilities, better derive insights and determine actionable next steps Create effective, impactful exec friendly materials that concisely summarize key findings and discussion/data points to facilitate decision making Build relationships with global colleagues varying in experience and expertise to develop well rounded conclusions and strengthen stakeholder engagement and partnership Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: Bachelor's degree or higher 3+ years of professional work experience Proven ability to communicate effectively and interact with senior level management Self-driven with ability to drive projects to successful completion Ability to organize and analyze data Exceptional eye for detail Open-minded and collaborative team player Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: 3+ years of project management experience Consulting / project management experience Tableau and Alteryx utilization JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
