The SMB GTM team sits within the Merchant Solutions Strategy & GTM function. It has a global remit to drive Go-To-Market activities for the commercial teams in the US and UK. The team contributes to the strategic direction of the organisation, driving transformational change, creating new sales and training assets, helping build a partner pipeline and focusing on product growth.What you will be doingIn this key role within the SMB GTM team, you will be working with senior stakeholders in the SMB Line of Business in the US, focusing primarily on how to grow through sales strategies and execution. You will be reporting into a Director of the SMB GTM team. Specific responsibilities range from:Act as a 'Go-To' Commercial and Strategic Partner for Sales GMs and Leadership; you will own and drive high-impact initiatives while managing multiple stakeholders across the businessAligning with the Line of Business stakeholders on their key priorities, owning program management, synthesizing findings and presenting back to the businessSpecifically supporting with the execution of a number of consultancy led initiatives that require integration into the Line of Business.Provide ad-hoc strategic support to the Line of Business/Group where agreed; examples of this might include working with partners for distribution or capability extension initiatives, driving performance improvement initiatives (i.e. sales performance) to enable strategic objectives etc.What you bring:The ideal candidate will possess3-4 years in strategy consulting or a commercial role in payments or a similar fieldExperience working in strategic projects with cross-functional teams for delivery of business initiativesChange management or transformation experienceAdvanced stakeholder management & networking skills and ability to influence across multiple levelsCommercially focused, with a desire to drive great outcomes for the businessProactive and strategic thinker, able to look ahead to foresee issues and plan around themExcellent organization skills, able to coordinate across multiple projects and stay on top of detailsClear, proactive communicator (both written and verbal), able to listen and work well with others while being confident and assertive where requiredBachelor's degree in marketing, finance, engineering or information technology or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experienceAdded bonus if you have:Experience working in the payments sector, global preferredA payments industry expert with a track record in developing and managing productsWhat we offer youA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunitiesA modern, international work environment and a dedicated and motivated teamA competitive salary and benefitsA variety of career development tools, resources, and opportunitiesThe chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in financial services & technologyA fantastic range of benefits designed to help support your lifestyle and well-being#LI-KB2.Vaccination RequirementsAll employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 on or before December 31, 2021.
