Part of that responsibility includes ensuring the content, structure and functionality meets the needs of their users. Building effective relationships with relevant stakeholders and experts whose input is required to create knowledge content is key to the success of the program. As we continue the focus on improving both the user experience, the team also supports the planning and delivery of new knowledge functionality according to the knowledge prioritization plan.What you will be doing:You will review new or updated knowledge articles for proper grammar/spelling and style guide requirements prior to publishing to the global knowledge management library.You will be partnering with subject matter experts to develop content and guided help flows that will guide and assist our customers in their servicing journey with us.You will monitor reporting and feedback, and will develop action plans based on trends, ratings, views, topics, etc.You will look for opportunities to improve the customer experience through the self-service tools and content ensuring relevant and useful content is available and providing the support our customers' need.You will partner with other internal teams as new technologies are launched that optimize the knowledge management content.You will support the team as an author and copywriter of knowledge articles for both internal and external audiences.You will support the team in creating executive summaries and/or PowerPoint slides outlining updates and results in a clear and concise message for Senior Leadership audience.
