Join our team at Clarity Healthcare as a Community Support Supervisor As a Community Support Supervisor, you'll oversee service provision, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and program quality improvement indicators. You'll establish effective working relationships with other agencies, coordinate services, and promote integration of clinical and community support services. In this role, you will also have a direct positive impact on the lives of clients in need by providing counseling services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders. You'll collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans, facilitate counseling sessions, and provide comprehensive support throughout their recovery journey. Position Perks & Benefits: 29 Days of PTO Competitive Pay Eligibility for HRSA Loan Repayment eligibility requirements Employee benefits package - health, dental, vision, retirement, life, & more Competitive 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan - up to 5% match for Part-Time and Full-Time employees Company-paid basic life insurance Emergency Medical Leave Program Flexible Spending Accounts - healthcare and dependent child-care Health & Wellness Program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee Discount Program Mileage Reimbursement Supervisor Responsibilities: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other agencies in the communities served Complete monthly record reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and program quality improvement indicators Provide oversight for service provision and conduct spot checks on staff documentation accuracy Monitor progress notes for regulatory compliance and reference to treatment plans Coordinate services and collaborate with outside agencies to provide comprehensive services to clients Develop and implement annual training schedules for Community Support Specialists Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented to guide service provision Provide uninterrupted coverage by scheduling associates and arranging substitute coverage Complete associate evaluations and provide clinical direction and supervision Counseling Responsibilities: Participate in client screening/assessment processes under licensed/qualified counselor supervision Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with regulatory guidelines Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services provided Facilitate group counseling, family conferences, and individual sessions Assist clients in transitioning through the recovery process Complete required training and professional development Foster positive relationships with clients, referral sources, and colleagues Manage crisis situations and notify supervisors as per policies Education and/or Experience Qualifications: Substance Use Disorder Programs Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field, who has at least one (1) year professional experience in the treatment of substance use disorders; OR Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field, who has at least two (2) years professional experience in the treatment of substance use disorders: AND Demonstrated competencies in the areas of supervision and substance use disorder treatment and rehabilitation by virtue of experience and/or training; AND Community Support Specialist Supervisors of Adolescent programming must possess at least two (2) years of supervised experience working with adolescents in education, treatment, or social service settings. Mental Health Programs A qualified mental health professional meeting one of the following criteria: Physician licensed under Missouri state law to practice medicine or osteopathy with training in mental health. Psychiatrist, physician licensed under law. Psychologist licensed under Missouri state law with specialized training in mental health services. Professional counselor licensed under Missouri state law to practice counseling and with specialized training in mental health services. Clinical social worker with a Master's degree in social work from an accredited program. Psychiatric nurse, registered professional nurse, licensed under Chapter 335 RSMo, with at least two (2) years experience in a psychiatric setting or a Master's degree in psychiatric nursing. Master's or Doctorate degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling or family therapy or a related field who has successfully completed a practicum or has one (1) year of experience under the supervision of a mental health professional. OR A Community Support Specialist meeting one of the following criteria: A mental health professional as defined in 9 CSR 10 - 7.140 (2) (QQ) (Missouri); An individual with a bachelor's degree in a human services field, which includes social work, psychology, nursing, education, criminal justice, recreational therapy, human development and family studies, counseling, child development, gerontology, sociology, human services, behavioral science and rehabilitation counseling; An individual with any four year degree and two years of qualifying experience; Any four year combination of higher education and qualifying experience, or An individual with four years of qualifying experience. Qualifying experience must include delivery of services to individuals with mental illness, substance abuse or developmental disabilities. Experience must include some combination of the following: Providing one-on-one or group services with a rehabilitation/habilitation and recovery/resiliency focus; Teaching and modeling for individuals how to cope and manage psychiatric, developmental or substance use issues while encouraging the use of natural resources; Supporting efforts to find and maintain employment for individuals and/or to function appropriately in families, schools, and communities; Assisted individuals to achieve the goals and objectives on their individualized treatment or person centered plans; AND Community Support Specialist Supervisors in the area of mental health programming must possess at least three years case management experience in the mental health field.
