The Role: The Project and Transformation Sr. Manager, Order to Cash will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring fiscal health and strategic alignment with business objectives. Your responsibilities include managing the finance team, developing budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial performance, and advising on financial planning. You will also liaise with senior executives to support decision making with robust financial data. Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights and recommendations Monitor and report on financial performance and variances Budget Management Create and oversee the budgeting process Track and manage expenses and revenue Ensure compliance with budget guidelines and make necessary adjustments Cash Flow Management Manage cash flow and maintain adequate liquidity Monitor and forecast cash flow needs Implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce risks Financial Reporting Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations Analyze financial statements and provide insights to stakeholders Risk Management Identify and assess potential financial risks Develop and implement risk management strategies Monitor and mitigate financial risks to protect company assets Team Management Lead and manage a team of finance professionals Set goals and objectives for team members Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve objectives Compliance and Auditing Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations Coordinate and oversee external audits Implement internal controls to maintain compliance Strategic Financial Planning Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial plans Identify opportunities for business growth and cost savings Make strategic recommendations to improve financial performance. Team Management: Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, feedback, and support. Set goals and KPIs for team members and monitor performance. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Develop and implement training programs to keep team members updated on trends and strategies. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with at least 5 years experience., with at least 2 years experience as a people manager or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. Planning and Scheduling: Proficiently create project plans, define milestones, and establish timelines. Ensure that tasks are well organized and aligned with strategic objectives. Budgeting: Skillfully manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor expenses. Make informed decisions to optimize financial outcomes. Resource Allocation: Allocate personnel, tools, and other resources efficiently to achieve project goals. Balance competing priorities and adapt as needed. End to End Project Management: Lead improvement projects from initiation to completion. Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of measurable results.
