Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Senior Principal Consultant drives the technical solution design and development for non-routine and customer engagement(s), ensuring high quality and integrated solutions. . This client-facing position allows you to collaborate daily with our customers. This role combines hands-on technical data procurement work with the interpersonal side of consulting on projects and leading global teams to accomplish complex work efforts. Although this role requires deep technical expertise, a significant portion of your daily responsibility will include interacting with our clients. Handling client relationships is very important, from phone calls and emails to virtual meetings. You will constantly collaborate with customers to understand the complexities of their business. Specifically, you will be responsible for leading both data modeling and data integration: Preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement with the client on integration architecture strategy and data integration strategy. Documenting the integration inventory lists the inbound and outbound interfaces that need to be created or modified. Writing and testing data procurement scripts. Designing, building, and testing inbound and outbound interfaces. Working with clients and consulting project leaders to gain an understanding of project goals, expectations, and challenges. Leveraging Oracle methodologies, tools, and leading practices. Leading global teams to accomplish tasks including: Provisioning FAW environment Set up single sign-on Augment FAW to support external data integration Architecting and developing Integration Strategies, Data Migration Strategies, and Reporting Strategies. Also overseeing the implementation of those strategies (from a technical perspective). Creating project timelines and communicating with project team members to report progress on the execution of assigned tasks in accordance with quality and time allocation. Following appropriate methodologies to accomplish assigned tasks; consistently utilizing Oracle leading practices, and ensuring teams remain in compliance with all project standards. Identifying risks or issues associated with assigned tasks; taking the initiative to alert project leadership of any risks or issues proactively. Develop long-lasting client relationships, showing your skills as a trusted advisor on whom our clients can depend. Technical Skills Hands on Experience in Implementing Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) and BI analytics using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW). Experience in Oracle Autonomous data warehouse (ADW), Data Modelling, Oracle SQL Developer, Data warehouse concepts and implementation, analytics and advanced analytics concepts and implementation. Development Experience of Custom Data Warehouse projects using ETL tool as ODI/ODI Marketplace on OCI infrastructure. Functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications (HCM, ERP and SCM modules) data models and public view object (PVO) analysis and designing star schema modeling in Data Warehouse. Prior Oracle data warehouse experience, ideally with integration to/from Oracle Applications/third-party applications. Prior ODI/OBIA experience would be added plus. Excellent SQL query and debugging skills. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $86,900 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
