Job Description We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Business Analyst, with finance experience, to join our team The Sales Operations Sr Business Analyst is part of a dynamic team, within Global Business Finance, chartered with providing critically important support to North America Consulting sales teams. This role works cross functionally with several teams including Sales Leadership, Finance and Sales Compensation, providing key sales data and analysis to assist leadership in sound decision-making Key Responsibilities: Drives weekly forecast calls and top deal data collection; assisting management in assessing risk and upside in deals and overall forecast Responsible for consolidating forecast submissions as required by management and corporate Provides analysis on Sales KPIs including forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, deal progression, software attach rate, and bookings linearity Proactively monitors and drives system clean up efforts to ensure quality and data accuracy of supporting sales data Prepares bi-weekly consulting to software attach analysis Builds baseline PowerPoint slides with by providing data analysis and key performance metrics to support leadership with their quarterly business reviews. Accountable for annual sales budgeting, territory and quota planning process Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed. Assists management in tracking sales organization objectives and activities ensuring execution in a timely fashion Key liaison to Business Operations, Finance, and Sales Compensation regarding bookings and sales credit. Performs ad hoc reports and analysis as frequently requested by executive team Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of eight (8) years of shown success in an operations, sales compensation or finance role Strong forecasting skills/experience Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format to generate insight to enhance sales force productivity and efficiency. Proven problem solving ability with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets. Proven analytical ability combined with an attention to detail. An affinity to talking with numbers; inherent ability to quantify and support conclusions with data. Good oral and written communication skills with experience working with and presenting to senior management Ability to efficiently and effectively facilitate and aim to meeting closure Intermediate to Advanced Excel based modeling skills Familiarity and working knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud or other CRM systems preferred B.S. or Master's Degree Does this sound like you? Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $73,800 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
