Key Responsibilities:Generate and issue detailed invoices for manufactured products, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and shipping information.Track customer purchase orders and manage AR processes tied to production schedules and delivery timelines.Reconcile accounts related to raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-progress to ensure correct customer billing.Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, handling disputes or discrepancies with customers in a professional manner.Collaborate with production, shipping, and customer service teams to resolve billing issues related to orders, returns, and credit memos.Prepare and maintain AR aging reports, highlighting accounts that need attention and providing insights into payment trends specific to the manufacturing industry.Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate recording of receivables and compliance with industry-specific accounting standards.Maintain records and documentation in accordance with company policy, with a focus on inventory management and cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) accounting.Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to customer invoices, payments, and inventory movements.Contribute to process improvements in AR operations to streamline billing and enhance cash flow management within the manufacturing context.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably within the manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of AR processes in relation to manufacturing workflows, including inventory management and cost accounting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with accounting and ERP software used in manufacturing environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).High attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume invoicing and complex customer accounts.Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external customers.Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing customer accounts.Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hourSearch managed by: Nikki Caudill Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
