Location: 100% Onsite - Kent, WA Schedule: Part-Time - 20 hours per week Interview Process: First Round - 15-30-minute Phone Screening Second Round - Onsite with Hiring Team, with 2 separate Managers EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Minimum Associate's Degree in Bookkeeping & Administration, with relevant work experience Four year Bachelor's Degree preferred WORK EXPERIENCE 3-5 years' work experience in accounting and administrative management Scope of Position: 1. Time sheets and data collection for cost accounting entries 2. PTO tracking and reports for HCS management and for all employees 3. Project cost accounting assistance to HCS Controller and data compilation for HCS sales team 4. Assistance with Sales Forecast 5. Annual rate adjustment system access assistance to temporary controller 6. Inventory system management and data entry 7. Updating, re-writing and creating Operating Procedures 8. Re-writing our Employee Handbook 9. Invoicing and customer follow-up 10. Purchasing and supplier follow-up 11. Supplier registrations and pre-approved supplier list maintenance 12. Customer list maintenance 13. Business Licenses renewals 14. Governmental registrations and maintenance with DOE and DOD 15. Truck license and insurance renewals 16. Mailroom duties and postage meter responsibilities 17. Office supplies requests and purchasing 18. Shipping and receiving of office packages and supplies 19. Assistance to Field Service employees with expense report preparation in Concur SAP 20. Assistance to hourly employees with issues related to direct deposit, vacation leave, sick/disability time off, company benefits, etc. 21. Administrative assistance to the HCS Director and Sales Manager, as needed Relates to an organization's processes, procedures, controls and records for conduct and management of all aspects of financial transactions, events, and situations. Inclusive of accounting, budgetary controls, cash receipts and disbursements, payroll, credit and collections, financing, investments, risk management, tax and audit. Researches and compiles special reports. Typically provides accounting services to support ongoing activities. Works on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations. May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other personnel.
