While fast paced, we do provide you with the rules and direction and surround you with a team that will help ensure you are successful.If this sounds interesting we have a position for you!Reporting to the Production Group Leader (Supervisor), the Set Up Team Leader will support approximately 5-10 Plastic Injection Molding Set Ups. The Team Leader will utilize leader standard work to coach, develop and build capabilities of Set UpsStandard Work Hours:First shift: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pmAbility to flex to work other shifts occasionally for training purposes is preferredPosition Responsibilities:Primary duties:Assimilate and train new Set UpsCommunicate safety news, quality findings, human resources updates and line rate/goals to team in daily pre-shift meeting.Ensure all team members are following safety procedures. Obtain proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for team members when necessary.Work with team members to generate and support ideas for Continuous Improvement. Keep a mindset of Continuous Improvement in everything you do.
