We are committed to empowering all colleagues to maximise their potential and express their unique characteristics, experience, and knowledge to achieve their ambitions.We are seeking a contract Benefits Administrator responsible for assisting with planning, implementing, and administering benefits strategies that scale and align with a growing business. The individual will work with the NORAM people team to drive and execute all aspects of North American benefits strategies. The Benefits Administrator will also liaise with counterparts in the UK from headquarters to ensure global strategies are in alignment#LI-USA#LI-FLAFull administration and compliance of benefits plans including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and maintenance and development of other programs.Work with the North America People Director and UK counterparts to execute and implement strategies that align with business goals around benefits and rewards.Assist with development of internal guidelines and documentation relating to benefit offerings.Drive activities related to current and annual benefit enrollment process, including communication and scheduling of open enrolment meetings.Administer Cobra and audit Cobra payments.Audit and process health insurance monthly invoices.Administer disability and workers compensation claims.Maintain compliance dashboards.Coordinate benefits and wellness meetings and engagement.Partner with benefits broker and medical carriers to leverage and analyze available programs and resources and communicate to employees.Oversee Affirmative Action Plans Reporting for all Ideagen government contracts.Update Evidence Of Insurability in benefit systems.Maintaining all necessary companywide HRIS systems for employee changes and accuracy.Ordering supplies for all local Ideagen US offices.Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.Bachelors degree preferred.HR certification preferred.2+ years prior experience working in a human resources or benefit administration driven roleStrong attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Outstanding organizational skills and can maintain multiple process-driven daily tasks.The ability to effectively switch between tasks and adapt to changing priorities while efficiently and effectively delivering results.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.Able to work on a team or individually.Highly self-motivated and self-directed.Accepts and responds to feedback quickly and positively.BehaviorsAdventurous - Drive, Planning & ExecutionAmbitious - Flexibility & Resilience, Savvy ThinkingCommunity - Collaboration, Communication
