This detail-oriented individual will support our retail website. You will be involved in all areas of support, to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers. This position will be responsible for data entry for fulfillment of ecommerce orders between MAS500 database and Salesforce Order Management and will interact directly with customers to resolve order issues and initiate order cancellations and returns. Data entry will follow the entire order lifecycle from validating accuracy of automated orders to manually creating shipments, capturing payment, and entering tracking information. You will work cross-functionally with customer service, finance, and operations departments.Validate accuracy of order information transmitted from the website to MAS500 database.Manually create shipments in Salesforce Order ManagementUpdate order status when order is ready to ship to collect payment.Update tracking numbers on orders once orders ship.Talk directly with customers via phone and web chat to resolve order issues.Assist customers with cancellations and returns.Verify successful payment capture (Stripe) and sales tax (Avalara).Assist finance department with Stripe and Avalara reporting.Other duties as needed to assist retail website and/or finance department.Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, High School diploma required.2+ years’ experience with Salesforce Order management and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.1+ years’ Customer Service experience required.Experience in accounting, preferred.Experience with Stripe and Avalara preferred.Experience with MAS500 database preferred.
