Our operations team provides daily oversight and management to outpatient OTP clinics for patients seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder. This includes fostering the compliance with clinical and regulatory standards, successful business performance and the direct supervision of the clinic directors and clinic operations staff.Full Time Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with after-hours & holiday availability for emergency situationsLocation/Travel:The Regional Director must be willing and availableto travel on a regular basis.The Regional Director must be within drivabledistance of 1 of 7 CTC clinics in TN or KY, at minimum.Your Responsibilities as a Regional Director:Responsible for overall regional performance and quality outcomes management, including client satisfaction with clinic and clinic services.Achieve regional financial results to meet operations budget.Responsible for payer and referral source satisfaction within the region.Responsible for physical plant improvements and appearance of the region supervised.Directs clinic directors in organization development and training of clinic staff.Adheres to company standards of conduct as delineated in the CTC Corporate Statement of Ethics.Complies with Opioid Treatment Program Division operating policies and procedures.Reviews clinic and Opioid Treatment Division Policies and Procedures Manual(s) on an annual basis making recommendations for revision.Responsible for implementation and management of Corporate HR system in the clinics supervised.Provides supervision to clinic department heads and other personnel as needed.Responsible for public relations and marketing efforts related to clinic operation.Maintains compliance with national accreditation, governmental regulations and maintains the clinic’s operating licenses.Your Education, Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in behavioral healthcare, healthcare administration, business or related field required; Master’s degree/MBA preferred.Three years’ experience in healthcare multi-site management/ oversight required.Experience in multi-site management/oversight required.Proficiency in Profit and Loss (P&L) management, including oversight, management, and maintenance of facility budgets.Tangible experience in fiscal planning.Business Development experience highly preferred.Direct clinical experience working with narcotic addicted patients preferred.Ability to provide leadership in team environments.Ability to step in and act as a Clinic Director when vacancies occur.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to travel and work evenings as necessary.We are committed to providingequal employmentopportunitiestoall applicantsforemploymentregardlessofanindividual’scharacteristicsprotected byapplicable state,federalandlocallaws.
