Provide support in processing position control requests from business leaders, position description development, and maintenance in Job Profile system.Support annual common review performance period planning activities and process.Collaborate with the HRIS Operations Administrator to support the development and implementation of system enhancements, data integrity audits and process workflows.Develop and maintain training material and resources regarding compensation practices on IEHP’s intranet.Support the compensation team with participation in compensation surveys and associated analysis.Coordinate and participate in special projects or programs as assigned to ensure the operations of the Human Resources function are successful.Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.Ensure the privacy and security of PHI (Protected Health Information) as outlined in IEHP's policies and procedures relating to HIPAA compliance.Education & ExperienceOne (1) year experience required in a Human Resources or related field including intermediate to expert use of MS ExcelBachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution requiredInternal Candidates Only: In lieu of the required degree, a minimum of five (5) years of IEHP work experience is required for this positionThis experience isin addition tothe minimum years listed in the Experience Requirements aboveKey QualificationsWord processing involving computer keyboard and screenStrong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and organizational skillsDemonstrated intermediate to expert knowledge in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Start your journey towards a thriving future with IEHP and applyTODAY!USD $27.43 - USD $35.66 /Hr.
