Summary You will serve as a INDUSTRIAL SPECIALIST in the Operations Branch of the Production, Manufacturing and Test Department at of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. Responsibilities You will be familiar with logistics, supply management, materials receipt and storage, and transportation, including traffic operations, materials movement, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and-all relevant DoD regulations. You will be familiar of program configuration by various models and technical knowledge of component parts of systems. You will gather, correlate data, analyze complex problems, issues to develop new procedures, criteria, present conclusions, and tactfully deal with top level and key personnel. You will communicate orally and in writing. You will analyze data of industrial production principles, practices, organization, facilities, equipment, manufacturing processes and cost estimating principles. You will use materials involved in producing commodities and knowledge of distribution and consumption patterns relating to commodities production, acquisition and the procurement process, and how to budget for commodities production Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: specialized experience. Perform and identify resource requirements, contribute to proposing workload and material estimated budgets to Branch Head and enter data in tracking system. Ensure quality and customer satisfaction of all products, and contribute to formulating standard procedures when is necessary. Review areas, overall organization, manufacture capability, engineering capability, production control, planning, administration to ensure that processes include necessary operations, and that quality control is adequate. Assist in mitigating, defending, and negotiating resource requirements, provide periodic status reports of projects and workload to middle and senior managers utilizing data entered in the Navy Enterprise Resource Program (N-ERP) and other manufacturing software-as JEDI and relevant tracking systems.
