Perform data analysis using SQL, VBA, RStudio, and Excel. Identify, capture, and channel client feedback on product features and functionality to product managers and engineering. Deliver customer service on Moody's Analytics credit risk management solutions, including ImpairmentStudio, ImpairmentCalc, and Commercial Mortgage Metrics. Support clients on use of industry-leading credit risk products. Provide in-depth education and assistance on product features, functionality and the product technical architecture. Test AI technology to support implementation and promote the use of AI technology Share and leverage product knowledge to provide professional guidance to junior members. Work with product managers and data analytics teams to enable smooth start on the support of a new product, including researching andestablishing escalation procedures. Guide new members on leveraging AI technology while ensuring professional standards. Originate content for Client Knowledge Base and internal resources. Proactively identify knowledge gaps, and design and implement training to support the team's development.Requirements: Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Financial Mathematics, Computational Finance, or a closely related quantitative field. Must have experience or academic training with the following: performing complex data analysis and interpreting financial models; writing SQL Server or Oracle queries and stored procedures, SQL procedures and error messages, and Operating System/Database server diagnostics; utilizing programming languages; conducting price analysis and time-series modeling; and analyzing complex mathematical problems and finding solutions via analysis of application log files.For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $88,670 to $160,850, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
