Overview Facilities Administrative Services is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a key administrative position.Responsibilities Core Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for scheduling, monitoring, tracking and organizing various data related to facilities operations. The individual will frequently interact with internal and external customers, as well as outside agencies. Candidate is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant corporate policies and for meeting established timeframes and deadlines. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, securing the timely payment and tracking of invoices. The candidate will be responsible for verifying line-item accuracy and ensuring documents are verified against purchase orders, vendor releases, invoices, etc. The candidates responsibilities will also include managing the work order system and organizing and maintaining related documentation. The individual is also responsible for word processing, record-keeping, timekeeping, document filing, processing and coordinating resources. Assist with preparation of spreadsheets and reports as well as organizing and scheduling meetings and events. Travel to other company sites may be required. Perform other related tasks and assignments as needed.Qualifications Required Education/Experience High School Diploma/GED Relevant Work Experience Knowledge of Manhattan Space Scheduling (MSS), Maximo Service Request and mailroom operations.
