The team is responsible for leading and executing Prudential's funding strategy (e.g., capital structure and funding solutions), monitoring, forecasting, and enhancing funding, liquidity, and collateral considerations. These activities are used to support ongoing operations and strategic initiatives across the enterprise.The associate manager will support the Liquidity Management team and support the identification and monitoring of liquidity needs, the assessment of liquidity risk, and the maintenance of a diverse playbook of actions to ensure adequate liquidity under both normal and stress conditions. The candidate will interact with senior leaders in financial management and collaborate with various internal business partners including Enterprise Market Risk and the Chief Investment Office.The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.What you can expect:Oversee daily liquidity monitoring including review of the Early Warning Indicator report, short-term cash forecasting, and measurement of available resources across various portfoliosLead projects to enhance our liquidity monitoring and reporting capabilitiesPartner with business unit treasury teams and other corporate functions in order to update the Enterprise Policy and accompanying Contingency PlanAssist with assembly of liquidity related analysis and reporting for senior management and regulatorsAssist in the Contingency Plan Testing process to ensure that management actions can be utilized in stressDevelop and implement future liquidity framework enhancements as neededDevelop, maintain, and strengthen documentation around Prudentials liquidity frameworks and related processesProvide strategic input as a subject matter expert on liquidity mattersFurther the departments use and adoption of advanced technology and reporting tools including Power BI and Tableau.What youll need:At least 3-5 years work experience in finance, accounting or treasury field preferredAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsKnowledge of funding, liquidity and derivativesStrong analytical and project management skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environmentTeam player, but ability to be productive independentlySolid interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of senior management including strong verbal and written communication skillsItd be a plus if you had:MBA, CPA and/or CFAPower BI and Tableau experiencePrudential welcomes all applicants, even if you don't meet every requirement.
