In this role, you will work on a vibrant team of 20-25 customer-focused individuals. In this fast-paced, constantly changing role, you will help financial professionals solve their day-to-day problems and get the most out of their business relationships with Prudential.Prudential's Annuities Business is gaining global recognition Learn more about our business and accomplishment here:current Employee Work Arrangement for this opening is Hybrid. The employee will work 1-2 days a week at a Prudential location in Newark, NJ, Dresher, PA, or Shelton, CT. Employee will be required to attend or go into the office for any mandatory onsite/offsite meetings/trainings. Employee Work Arrangement is the businesses decision and can be adjusted or changed for business reasons at any time.What you can expect:Field daily phone calls, respond to emails, and routinely solve financial advisor needs as they arise.Deliver detailed responses to inquiries about Prudential product features, performance data, hypothetical illustrations, and requests for literature.Provide back-up coverage to Internal Wholesalers and their territories as needed.Reactively engage existing or prospective financial professionals in creative opportunities daily, using consultative selling techniques and by continuously educating about Prudential solutions.Receive immediate training, as well as ongoing coaching and mentoring from experienced members of the sales team in order to equip yourself with the meaningful sales and leadership skills necessary for success in this role.Focus on personal talent advancement to prepare for opportunities to become an Internal Wholesaler.What youll need:SIE, FINRA Series 6 (or 7) and 63 REQUIREDIf not currently licensed, see Annuities Sales Associate positionAbility to pass State Insurance license within 60 daysPrior Sales experience, preferably with AnnuitiesKnowledge of Annuities concepts or the retirement industryItd be a plus if you had:Self-motivated and team-focusedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexibility, resourcefulness, tactfulness, and a desire to continuously improveBachelors degree or equivalent work experiencePrudential welcomes all applicants, even if you don't meet every requirement.
