Maintain good customer relations by traveling throughout assigned territory to meet with existing and prospective customers to assess and manage customer needs. Compile and manage lists of prospective customers in the ACT database for use in sales leads through cold-calling and other techniques. Penetrate new and existing market areas to maintain and increase sales and market share for assigned territories. Develop working knowledge of branch/regional profit and loss components and dynamics including pricing service, calculating desired margins and cost of service Account Executive -Key Responsibilities: Identify viable leads and acquire new business for the Commercial and Industrial lines of business. Targeting New Business and New from Competitor opportunities in the market. Focused on opportunities with revenue band of $200-$2000 per month in revenue. Maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in a designated market to anticipate changing customer needs. Maintain thorough knowledge of company's available services per lines of business, pricing structures, and offer additional services specified by prospect. Execute service agreements with customers. Inside Sales Representative -Key Responsibilities: Acquire new revenue growth by generating outbound calls within existing services areas to new B2B prospects for permanent commercial and industrial customers Effectively respond to inbound calls to close high percentage of business and drive price and term. Contact the appropriate sales representative to flip the opportunity if unable to close on permanent business Complete all required paperwork and other miscellaneous reports Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's available services, lines of business, pricing structures, and offers additional services as appropriate to existing customers Utilize prospecting and retention customer database while scheduling and documenting all activities. Daily phone blocking to achieve required activity standards Responsible for achieving and/or exceeding monthly growth quota Performs other job-related duties as assigned #GFLTALENT We thank you for your interest.
