Job Title: Fleet Vehicle Titles SpecialistSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Location: Evandale, Ohio For LHH Recruitment Solutions on behalf of our clientPay: $21.00 or $22.00We are seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Vehicle Titles Specialist to join our client's Fleet Titles Team. This administrative role is responsible for managing the processing of vehicle titles and licensing documents for client accounts. The role involves working with clients, state/local offices, and suppliers to ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time.Key Responsibilities:Process vehicle titles and licensing paperwork to ensure all vehicles are correctly titled and compliant with regulations.Utilize an online system to manage documents and maintain compliance with all state and federal laws.Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory and funds on account used for title processing.Review submitted documentation to identify and resolve any inconsistencies.Respond to additional requests from customers and internal departments.Liaise with title agencies, auction personnel, customers, manufacturers, and other relevant parties, including both local and out-of-state contacts.Handle the distribution of titles, memo titles, license plates, and registration materials to the appropriate recipients.Enter and manage all required information in the system, ensuring data accuracy and vestigate and respond to inquiries regarding the status of title processing and address any issues or delays, escalating complex problems to supervisors as needed.Process check requests for title fees, sales tax payments, and reimbursements to customers, ensuring accurate records in the check register and daily reports.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)Minimum six months of experience in vehicle title processing, or two years of general administrative experience, or a combination of bothStrong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanorAbility to identify and resolve routine issues independentlyStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage daily work responsibilitiesExceptional attention to detail and follow-up skills to track work progress and ensure timely completionProficiency with computer systems, including standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and experience with computer-based accounting or inventory systemsBenefits:Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
