Job Title: Senior Training Specialist - Human Resource ProcurementLocation: Philadelphia, PA Job Type: Full-time - 40 Hours a week Industry: Human Resources, ProcurementWork Type: Contract with possibility to extend or convert Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Training Specialist to join our team located in Philadelphia, PA and lead the development and implementation of training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, delivering, and evaluating training content to ensure our workforce is equipped to excel. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with eLearning content creation and instructional design using the ADDIE Model, particularly within procurement or HR environments.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in developing eLearning content and instructor-led training materials, including guides and assessments (Required).Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and other instructional design tools (Required).Strong knowledge of the ADDIE Model for training development (Required).Degree in Instructional Technology or related field (Preferred).Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, online courses, and assessments.Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.Lead the design and development of innovative training programs, utilizing tools like Articulate Storyline.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior training staff, fostering growth and development within the team.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and create customized solutions.Manage training budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective training delivery.Ensure all training materials and programs comply with regulatory standards and company policies.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve training and development initiatives.Why Join Us?
