SUMMARY Responsible for assisting and supporting technical applications, database development, maintenance and technical application and Help Desk Support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Train staff members on technical aspects related to staffing and scheduling systems. Conduct testing of software used in staffing and scheduling operations, discrete event modeling and analysis utilizing modeling and analysis techniques to improve staffing and scheduling processes and data maintenance, managing, and maintaining data related to staffing models. Provide data, data analysis, and software support to client. Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes to tools developed with VBA, InfoPath, MS Access, MS Excel, and SharePoint. Provide testing support on behalf of client end-users for a web-based software application. Enhance existing tools to improve accuracy of data in line with clients' desired parameters through alterations to code, connected software, and imported data. Monitor and resolve user issues via phone, shared email box, and Teams chat. Understand and enforce the clients' SharePoint governance policies and practices within it. Train HQ and field users in application use and functionality. Lead yearly software and procedure changes seminar covering procedural and functionality updates. Create and decommission user accounts following approved requests. Adjust end user permissions to software, SharePoint, and Outlook groups. Attend regular meetings with developers and clients to ensure proper understanding of upcoming changes to software and procedures are understood across the corresponding teams. Create and administer new user training seminar. Generate or provide input for new or existing documentation. Coordinate the identification of requirements with customers, system assessment teams, test teams, etc. to ensure prioritization. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None. Job Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A Technical Degree with experience in Information Technology (IT), software design and development, or applicable training system experience. Four plus (4+) years' of combined relevant experience in IT systems, software development, database management, curriculum development and/or manpower management. Experience with functional and/or technical aspects of enterprise commercial off the shelf software packages as well as custom developed software and applications. Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Teams. Must be skilled in data and spreadsheet analysis and presentation of information including graphic software such as PowerPoint, Word, and Visio. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. security clearance. Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks (U.S. citizenship required). DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Strong computer skills including business solution software. Must have analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Must be able to work in a team environment and be able to work independently with little or no supervision, be exceedingly well organized, flexible. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. Demonstrated ability to perform diverse duties while operating under time constraints. Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality. Excellent customer service skills. WORK SCHEDULE Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project. TRAVEL The expected travel time is less than 25%. DRIVING REQUIREMENTS Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver's license and be insurable on the company's automobile insurance policy. Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling for training and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 25%. WORK ENVIRONMENT Work is expected to be remote; however, the company reserves the right to require onsite work. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Position consists of sitting for long periods of time, bending, stooping, crouching, and lifting weights up to 20 pounds. Frequently uses hands/fingers for manipulation of keyboard and mouse. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS : Pay is $80,000 to $88,000 per year.
