Reports to: COO and CIO JOB DESCRIPTION Essential Functions Project management of large abatement/demolition/environmental remediation projects. Preparation and management of project budgets, schedules, labor, disposal, cost accounting requirements and quality controls. Preparation of technical proposals, reports and evaluations. Responsible for managing projects in their entirety including spearheading all communication with the client, subcontractors, regulators, and ensuring daily/weekly progress reporting on production is accurate and reported back to the EnviroVantage leadership team Read, analyze and interpret drawings, blueprints and project documents Ability to adhere to all OSHA; EPA; as well as other federal agency, state and company hazardous materials laws and policies. Be a strong team leader/player with a positive attitude who is hard working and motivated every day Build Relationships with existing and new customers Seek out and pursue new project opportunities within EV's existing Business Development and Sales strategy SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY This position is responsible for managing large abatement/demolition/environmental remediation projects, supervising subcontractors, and managing supervisory staff. POSITION TYPE This is a salary exempt position. TRAVEL Travel within New England EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Minimum 10 15 years working as a Project Manager in the construction and environmental remediation fields required. Experience with all OSHA; EPA; as well as other federal agency, state and company hazardous materials laws and policies required Bachelor's Degree required Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Projects proficiency required Exemplary written and oral communication skills required Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Security clearance to gain access to US Department of Defense (DOD) and other federal facilities required Estimating software experience preferred CERTIFICATIONS OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 required OSHA 8-Hour HAZWOPER Training Refresher (if necessary), OSHA 29 CFR 1910 required OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training, OSHA 29 CFR 1926 required Reasonable accommodations are made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Applicants must submit an application.
