What you'll own Ability to remain composed and customer focused at all times Proficient in written communication to include use of proper grammar and spelling Payments processing or call center environment experience Ability to articulate actions taken & properly set expectations for servicing resolution Working knowledge of PC/laptop and Microsoft Office applications - focused on Teams and Outlook Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Ability to effectively communicate - both written and verbal Comprehension of various technology, i.e., browsers, internet connection, payment devices Where you'll own it You'll own it in the Cincinnati, OH Office (hybrid position). While we're a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person. Training Schedule (ONSITE): 13 Weeks - 8:30am - 5:00pm This role has various shifts: 8hrs (5 days) and 10 hrs shifts (4 days) and could start anytime between the hours of 7am or 3:30pm What you'll bring Curious - You ask the right questions, listening and learning to get better every day.
