You will manage creative projectsfrom concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service.If you have a background in marketing, strong technical proficiency, and atalent for project management and client communication, we encourage you toapply and be part of our innovative team WhatYou'll Do:Develop andmaintain strong client relationships, particularly focusing on their marketingstrategies and website support needsDeliveroutstanding customer support via phone and email, addressing updates, changes,troubleshooting issues with RentCafe websites, and ensuring client satisfactionManage multiplecreative projects by communicating assets required, key milestones andassociated timelines, and providing best practice recommendations for marketingand website supportSet clearexpectations with clients surrounding creative project workflow, projectmilestone deadlines, and framework functionalityProvideexceptional consultation by listening to clients' business needs and offeringstrategic marketing solutions, especially in social mediaTrain clients innew product features, functionality, and best practices to ensure effective useof our productsEffectivelytroubleshoot website issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, andproviding thorough documentation for any escalated casesHelp with QA ofmarketing issues as they arise, ensuring accuracy and meticulous attention todetailDemonstrateexcellent time management skills and attention to detail, particularly duringQA processesBuild rapportwith clients, anticipate their business needs, and proactively providemarketing and website support solutionsBe an integralpart of our outstanding team, collaborating closely with RentCafe MarketingSupport team members across the United StatesMaintain afriendly and cooperative communication style, fostering a collaborative workenvironment Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or related degree Ability to learn quickly and understand multi-family marketing best practices Strong ability to consult on best practices and manage client expectations effectively Exemplary creative project management skills including time management and task prioritization Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets Desire to contribute to the group's knowledge and growth, being a supportive and proactive team player Knowledge of current website content management systems Articulate written and verbal communication skills Phenomenal customer service skills and desire to go the extra mile Excellent attention to detail Adherence of processes and defined best practices Great people skills and the ability to be personable and professional Flexibility, and the ability to manage changing priorities while still operating efficiently.
