Estimator /Construction Project Engineer

We're on the lookout for a talented Construction Project Engineer and Estimator to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. Our projects span site development, roadway construction, parks, and various infrastructure works. If you're passionate about construction and eager to make a difference, we want to hear from you What You'll Do: Project Management: Assist in managing site infrastructure contracting projects. On-Site Supervision: Oversee construction activities to ensure everything runs smoothly. Bidding & Negotiation: Help in bidding, negotiating, and securing new projects. Contract Administration: Handle contract and subcontract administration. Cost Tracking: Keep a close eye on job costs. Scheduling: Generate and manage project schedules. Quantity Take-Offs: Conduct quantity take-offs using Adobe, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Carlson Takeoff. Estimating: Support the estimating team with task production determinations for bid submissions. Bid Submittals: Assemble and deliver bid submittals. What We're Looking For: Experience: 2+ years in the construction industry. Prior experience in site infrastructure construction is a plus. Education: Construction Management degree is a plus. Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Carlson, HCSS software, or other bidding/management software is a plus. Attributes: Strong communication and organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to work in the field. Ability to juggle multiple major activities at once. Why Join Us?
