Scope: Under the direction of the Loss Mitigation Manager and the Chief Credit Officer, the Asset Management Specialist must demonstrate knowledge in workout plans, loan and overdraft collections, bank reporting, litigation, small claims, bankruptcy procedures, repossessions and insurance settlement. This position requires a high level of competency in problem solving, time management, system knowledge, and a thorough understanding of loan products and policies. Requirements: Minimum of high school degree, associate's degree preferred with 2-3 years collection experience or 3 years banking experience. Must have the capacity to work under stress and handle difficult situations.
