Strategically design and execute field marketing programs that deliver strong value to our prospective customers and highlight the core benefits of SQUIRE.- Partner with brand marketing to ideate engaging experiences across events, tradeshops and community partnerships that drive community affinity and generate strong revenue opportunities for our business.- Test and develop a deep understanding of field marketing program performance and translate those learnings into repeatable, scaleable playbooks to unlock scaled growth.- Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing programs.- Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.- Manage local marketing budgets, track spending, and report on ROI for various initiatives.- Conduct post-event and campaign evaluations to identify areas for improvement and future opportunities.- Partner with product marketing and insights to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape and refine strategies to highlight competitive differentiators.
