This is an on-site, in-office, be-around-other-humans position in our Brentwood, TN office. Keep reading if you Have a sense of humor - we do a lot of laughing here Want to be part of a constantly growing company with a bright future Are excited to learn how to use AI (Artificial Intelligence) chatbots The Successful Candidate Will Be the face of the company as the first point of contact, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all visitors and callers Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, handling mail, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area Support various departments by taking on diverse projects, particularly in marketing and social media management Provide chat support for our customers, using AI tools to enhance response times and improve user experience Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including calls, emails, and packages Provide prompt and courteous customer service through various communication channels Collaborate with the marketing team on various initiatives as needed Maintain and update office records and databases as required Additional duties in social media and other departments may be assigned What You Need for This Role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail A proactive attitude, eager to take on new challenges and learn new skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role is a plus Benefits (Waiting period may apply) 12 Company Paid Holidays 10 PTO Days (Paid Time Off) 1 PTO Day for your birthday Medical Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance Job Type: Full-time Criminal background check is required Must be authorized to work in the United States #ControlEverything #SURFA
