Company DescriptionJob Description JOB DETAILS Base Pay: $20.00 per hour 1st Shift Flexible work schedule Monday - Friday, 5-6 hours per day Availability to work 25-29 hours per week DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This role is responsible for general facility work and organizing in different departments of the facility. Experience in the below duties and responsibilities is required. Department improvements Excellent personal skills Proficient in Microsoft office, computer hardware, software and networking Improving service levels Coordinate schedules Optimize processes Floor Operations Safety inspection/s: as needed Support 5S program Responsible for understanding and complying with the fundamental principles associated with the Quality and Environmental Management systems in place Responsible for communicating daily with all levels of employees in order to assist in resolving problems and achieving company goals Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly Ensure compliance with federal and state laws Perform all duties in a safe manner This description provides an overview of major responsibilities and duties, it does not encompass all aspects of this position nor preclude the performance of other duties as assigned Qualifications Must have excellent work history and attendance Experience in excel, outlook required Good verbal and written communication skills required Must have experience in preforming the job duties and responsibilities listed Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines While performing the duties of the job, the employee is required to speak, understand, read and write in English Frequently required to walk Frequently required to stand; sit; bend; stoop; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; lift; climb and/or balance for essential tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to document activities and events Goal oriented and able to complete tasks in a timely manner Sincere commitment to help others, team player, self-motivated and willing to drive change Additional Information Why work for Cornerstone Building Brands?
