For more information, click here .What You Will DoThis role will serve as the Consumer & Business Intelligence lead for the Global Pain Care team. Through deep consumer understanding, external market knowledge, and implementation of key Kenvue Brand Growth principles, you will be part of a high-performance team that will:Identify opportunities for sustainable business growthDrive short to long-term innovationDevelop world-class launch toolkits to increase physical and mental availability for our Pain Care brands.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively analyzes business and consumer needs to shape organizational strategies and initiatives, ensuring that strategies are consumer and retailer ready and influences retailers to support strategies.Identifies, prioritizes & leads the qualification of new initiatives and launch toolkits including communication assets to ensure innovation pipeline freshness & sufficiency delivers growth goals.Strongly contributes to the development of the brand playbooks which details the strategy and executional mandatories for each of the key brands and facilitates its consistent execution everywhere to drive efficiency and mental availability for our brands.Serves as a trusted business partner to the cross-functional team with a 360 business view who leverages a strong understanding of the enterprise as well as current and future business needs and financials to identify and address obstacles and positively impact decision makingWhat We Are Looking ForRequired QualificationsUndergraduate degree required, advanced degree in relevant field preferred8 years of experience, progressive experience within market research, advanced analytics, consulting or related fields required. FMCG experience is preferred.Extensive experience with consumer research, including methods, techniques, agency partners, and business applications. Must have comfort & aptitude to apply these skills independently to new and complex situations while providing guidance to others on how to interpret/drive action against results.Demonstrated success as an business translator who can effectively coordinate effort and drive impact across end-to-end team of commercial, technical, and capability-focused functions.Experience and/or familiarity with Digital Analytics, Data Science, and advanced analysis techniques, allowing for application in basic routine situations with minimal guidance or supervision.Ability to think analytically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues and communicate solutions/conclusions clearly and conciselyStrong project management skills with proven ability to drive multiple high-profile projects to successful completion and on-timeWhat's In It For YouAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $144,000 - $195,000 .
